Heavenly Father, I come to you and confess that I have sinned many times.
I believe that Jesus Christ was sacrificed for my sins.
I believe that Jesus Christ rose from the dead on the third day.
O Lord Jesus! Please forgive my sins and come into my heart forever.
Be my Lord and Savior.
